TAYLOR, D. J.: Pekar, Rozell, Patterson, Audia, Gower and Schmantowsky, individually and in behalf of all other employees of Goebel Brewing Company who worked at Plant No. 3 of said Company prior to its closing, filed an action under the Declaratory Judgments Act, 28 U.S.C. 2201, and the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. 157, against Local Unions Nos. 3, 38 and 181 of the International Union of United Brewery, Flour, Cereal, Soft Drink and Distillery Workers of America, AFL-CIO and the International Union of the brewery industry, praying the Court to enforce their seniority rights under a collective bargaining agreement entered into between the brewers of Detroit, including Goebel and the Locals of the International Union of brewery workers.
